Root cause, not symptoms
Weight, energy, digestion and hormonal symptoms are read together — the plan addresses what is driving them, not just what shows on the scale.
About
Megha Kiran is a clinical nutritionist whose practice sits at the intersection of women's health, metabolic health and everyday family food.

“Nutrition, to me, has never been about eating less — it’s about living more.”
Megha holds an M.Sc. in Dietetics & Applied Nutrition and works with women navigating weight, PCOS, thyroid and hormonal health, alongside families, children and adults managing metabolic conditions. Her consultations begin with history, routine and reports — never with a template.
Based in Mysuru, India, her practice is delivered online, with clients cooking in very different kitchens. That shapes how she builds plans: what is available in each kitchen differs, and the plan has to respect that.
A national-level athlete background informs the sports nutrition side of her work, and the same discipline shows up in every programme — measurable, reviewed and adapted as you go.
Today NutriNest with Megha offers 12 nutrition and wellness programmes, plus a recipe library.
The NutriNest journey

Megha's M.Sc. in Dietetics & Applied Nutrition shapes a root-cause approach: weight, energy, digestion and hormonal symptoms are read together, not in isolation.
Her work with women's health, metabolic health and families is built around real, everyday household food — not against it.
NutriNest with Megha is based in Mysuru, India, and consultations are delivered online — for individuals, families and organisations.
Root cause first, your own food done well, alongside your doctor, and reviewed as life changes.
How Megha works
Weight, energy, digestion and hormonal symptoms are read together — the plan addresses what is driving them, not just what shows on the scale.
No imported ingredients, no elimination for its own sake. Regional, home-cooked meals stay at the centre of every plan.
Nutrition guidance supports medical care. We never diagnose, never replace treatment and never alter prescribed medication.
A plan only works if it survives a normal week — travel, festivals, late nights and a family who eats together.
Consultations are delivered online. Start with a conversation about where you are today.
